Job summary

The Learning Experience - Goodyear is seeking an experienced Preschool Teacher for a closing shift from 12:30pm to 6:30pm. You will create a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play, the LEAP Curriculum, and daily exploration.

You will partner with families and center staff to support enrollment goals while keeping communication vibrant through apps and meetings. A genuine passion for child development and a growth mindset are essential to help children grow academically and

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
• Passion for education and care of children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Partner with the daycare center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals to support your center's success.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
