Job summary

OnPoint Building Services in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Evening Port Terminal Cleaner (Hampton Blvd) to maintain clean, safe facilities. Schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00pm–12:00am. Applicants must pass a criminal background check and obtain a TWIC card, plus be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities include trash disposal, vacuuming, dusting, surface disinfection, sweeping, mopping, restroom and office area cleaning, and ensuring work is completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have TWIC card or be able to obtain one.
• Must have reliable transportation to job location.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash from facilities.
• Vacuuming (upright and backpack).
• Dusting and surface disinfection.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Restroom cleaning and replenishment.
• Office area cleaning and routine upkeep.
• Ensure work completed according to schedule.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain customer service standards.
