Qualifications

• Must possess required certification or license and skill in Physical Therapy Aide.
• Five years of experience in the field is preferred.
• Knowledgeable of (OSHA) and effective teaching techniques for adult learners at all levels.
• Ability to schedule evening/night courses and follow policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills.
• Some computer skills with Microsoft Word, Internet and Intranet access.

Responsibilities

• Prepares student semester reports and maintains daily records, monitors progress.
• Provides academic advising and helps with job placement.
• Instructs students applying knowledge to real-life situations and adapts to diverse learning styles.
• Participates in orientation, registration and assessment processes and required trainings.
• Maintains confidentiality and performs other duties as required.
