UnityPoint Health - Meriter Hospital in Madison, WI is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a travel assignment in the evenings. The role is a 13-week contract with 40 scheduled hours per week and a mid-2 PM to 10:30 PM shift.

Must have sterile compounding experience, state registration, a valid driver's license, and be able to work weekends on a rotating basis. Applicants should have at least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience, completed travel contracts preferred, and be prepared to provide

Qualifications

• Sterile compounding experience required.
• Profile must include Driver's License.
• Work history/resume required.
• Skills checklist must have been completed within the last year.
• License verification required.
• Copy of required certifications required.
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless exceptions apply.

• You may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Must be able to work weekends every third week.
