Job summary

Saliba’s Extended Care Pharmacy, part of the Guardian family, is hiring a delivery driver in Phoenix, AZ. You will plan efficient routes, manage time, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries of totes and IV kits to facilities while maintaining strict patient privacy.

Requires 2+ years’ delivery experience, a valid state driver’s license, and attention to detail. This on-site role offers evening hours from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm with competitive pay and benefits through Guardian Pharmacy Services.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• 2+ years of related delivery experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• Ability to read maps/directions in English and follow GPS routes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Determine most efficient and logical route for each route assigned.
• Check totes for assigned facilities to ensure order is complete prior to departure.
• Delivery of correct totes to facilities in a timely manner.
• Exchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as needed.
• Pick up return items and refused medications following safety protocols.
• Complete paperwork/filing at end of shift.
• Present a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Complete delivery assignments within shift time while complying with traffic rules.
• Follow patient privacy rules and company policies.
