Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse distribution associate to support our US operations in a climate-controlled facility. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3pm–8pm, with duties including order fulfillment, cycle counting, and RF scanning to ensure accurate distribution.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to read English, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be required; safety and attendance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
• Motivated, dependable; punctuality is important.
• Overtime may be required to enable real-time delivery.
• Able to perform repetitive/manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders: stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Use RF scanning equipment to track and verify products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area to ensure product quality.
• Verify received products against documents and flag damages or discrepancies.
