Job summary

VF Corporation's The North Face store is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for the late shift to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, perform cashier duties, and support merchandising and store operations.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is available for peak-season coverage. Minimum 0–1 year of experience and a high school diploma are preferred. Accommodations available upon request.

• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
