Qualifications

• Prior basic life support experience preferred.
• Responsible for safe, timely transport of patients and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and equipment safely and timely to destinations.
• Use wheelchairs and rolling stock as needed.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other personnel.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety; monitor for distress or equipment issues.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and HIPAA policies.
