CoxHealth is seeking a Dispatcher for Centralized Patient Transport to coordinate and monitor patient transportation services in a hospital setting. You will handle dispatch, requests, and assignments while delivering excellent service on the floor or by phone.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks during high-volume periods, ensuring patient and staff satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with policies during emergencies.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months of patient transport or related hospital experience.
• Skills: Organizational, basic computer, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and monitor Patient Transportation services in a hospital setting.
• Manage and dispatch patient transport requests; assign transport personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service on floor or by phone to patients, requestors, and transporters.
• Assist with patient transports during high-volume periods when resources permit.
• Maintain adherence to policies under emergency or stressful situations.
