Zusammenfassung

Avera Creighton Care Center is seeking a dedicated food service teammate for the evening shift. You will help provide quality meals to patients and customers, preparing and organizing items, serving according to diet requirements, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, operating dish and kitchen equipment, and possibly handling the register. High school diploma or GED and 1–6 months of food service experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• 1–6 months of food service experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and organize assigned food items for patients and customers.
• Serve food items according to diet, specifications and menu requirements.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, pots, pans and work areas.
• Stock storerooms, refrigerators and work areas using FIFO and dating.
• Operate dish machine and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• May work the register, close out register and counts money; handle money and drawer properly.
