• Sitter/One-to-one patient support.
• Promotes mental health and maintains a high-quality patient care environment.
• Respects patient rights and preserves patient information confidentiality.
• Maintains a therapeutic milieu and supports optimum patient care.
• Escorts patients to activities in a safe, professional manner.
• Monitors vital signs accurately and records data.
• Assists with unit cleanliness and maintains filing/paperwork as assigned.
• Supports activities of daily living for patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
