UF Health is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for full-time night shifts in Saint Augustine, FL. The PCA provides direct patient care under the supervision of an RN and ensures a clean, safe, and supportive environment to promote patient comfort and family satisfaction.

Strong teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to learn hospital IT systems and medical terminology are essential. BLS certification is required, and CPI training within 90 days of hire for the psychiatric unit.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification required.
• CPI training within 90 days of hire for the Psychiatric unit.
• Less than one year of experience.
