Job summary

Affinity Waste Solutions LLC is hiring part-time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Asheville, NC 28806 area. This role offers guaranteed hours and a predictable nightly schedule, typically 1 to 4 hours per evening, Sunday-Thursday with weekends off.

You will collect bagged trash, transport it to on-site dumpsters, and work independently following safety procedures. Compensation ranges from $400 to $1,300 per month, plus $20 to $65 per service night, with paid training

Qualifications

• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid license and vehicle insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
