Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Manchester, VT is seeking a Laundry Attendant to wash, fold, and press linens while delivering outstanding guest service. You will greet guests, stock supplies, and ensure timely laundering and delivery of items. A High School Diploma is preferred, with about 1 year in customer service.

What You'll Do

Responsible for the washing, folding and pressing of linens and terry - all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way!

Some of your responsibilities include:

• Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting.
• Launder all dirty towels.
• Fold towels and stock them on shelves.
• Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures.
• Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen.
• Stock amenity table for afternoon.
• Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas.
• Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found.
• Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
• We all wear multiple hats here at Kimpton. You may need to take on responsibilities outside of this job description at times, as we all do.
