ServiceMaster Commercial Services is seeking a Part-Time Janitorial Staff member to maintain clean and safe facilities in Duluth & Hermantown, MN. The role involves evenings and nights Monday through Friday, with 25 hours per week and a starting wage of $17 per hour.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and restocking supplies while following safety guidelines. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required; reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable using basic cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• The ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
