Job summary

MISTRAS Group is hiring a part-time housekeeper in the Plaquemine, LA area. The role runs Monday–Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM with an immediate opening. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, maintaining clean and sanitary patient spaces, and ensuring a safe, professional environment.

We value reliability and a strong work ethic. Background checks and drug screening are required, and prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual as essential for evening shifts.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, clean, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean floors, walls, furnishings, vents, restrooms, and equipment
• Dust furniture, cabinets, windowsills, and bookcases
• Maintain clean and sanitary patient areas
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and professional
• Meet quality-control inspection standards
