• Maintains tray line in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
• Delivers food to patient floors and returns trucks to dishroom.
• Tends dish machines and washes items as needed.
• Delivers clean dishes and utensils to kitchen units.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment; mops floors as required.
• Transports food and supplies between locations.
• Collects, processes, and disposes of trash as needed.
• Adheres to department policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Provides courteous customer service and professional conduct.
