Job summary

Excellent oral and written communication; assess needs, counsel, and refer clients to resources; plan service delivery; maintain records.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Facilitates, coordinates, and provides leadership in counseling and case management in the Permanency unit.
Screen clients, explain programs, develop service plans, counsel, and obtain access to needed services.
Investigate abuse/neglect, maintain records, and prepare required reports.
Work may span other areas of the Family Services Division and may include on-call duties.
