Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university in education or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction and evaluate students' progress toward goals.
• Prepare and maintain Student Education Plans and lesson plans.
• Obtain/prepare instructional materials for classroom use.
• Provide learner guidance to students.
• Evaluate ongoing progress toward goals.
• Promote the adult education program to external organizations.
• Participate in EAGLE competition.
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and reports.
• Plan, organize and participate in staff development and conferences.
• Maintain a secure classroom environment.
• Assist with recruitment, retention and job placement efforts.
