Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior at all times through knowledge of the company culture, organizational structure, and general philosophy
• Ensure that Arts Alley food venues are supplied with all clean glassware, china, silver, and other related equipment. Properly operate the automatic dishwasher
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, kitchen, work surfaces, and comply with all Company standards and local board of health requirements
• Proper floor sweeping and mopping
• Manage the physical maintenance of the kitchen and service areas
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
