Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a part-time Driver / Operator to deliver and pick up packages using company vehicles in Florida. This role requires adhering to safety and FMCSA regulations, and you will interact with customers to provide courteous service.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 2:30pm to 7:30pm, offering flexible evening hours. Candidates must meet licensing, education, and physical requirements and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED. Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with equipment and/or assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and directions per FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Driver / operator of company vehicles. Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages.
• Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions.
