Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C. in Duluth seeks a Part-Time/Evening/Cleaner to cover two nearby locations. Shift is Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30pm to 8:15pm, with hours after 5:30pm and flexibility before 11:59pm.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license and insurance, speak English, and pass a pre-employment background check. Job duties include cleaning floors, restrooms, kitchens, taking out trash, and basic housekeeping across two sites. Pay is $17.00/hour.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout.
• Waste removal: collect and dispose of trash from bins.
• Restrooms: clean, sanitize and restock supplies.
• Surface cleaning: dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
