Crothall Healthcare is hiring a part-time HOUSEKEEPER - AMBULATORY SERVICES at Fresenius Kidney Care in Olivia, MN. The role focuses on cleaning and disinfecting ambulatory healthcare facilities, including restrooms, patient areas, and exam rooms.

No prior experience required; willing to train. Schedule is three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits for full-time/part-time roles where offered.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willing to train.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Disinfects surfaces with provided chemicals.
• Dusts and polishes furniture and fittings, vents, window sills, and ledges.
• Cleans reception glass and entrance windows.
• Moves chairs/stools, waste/linen/biohazardous bins, small equipment on wheels, scales, and other items for proper cleaning.
• Cleans floors including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Collects and disposes of general trash and biohazardous waste.
• Replenishes soap, sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other items.
• Maintains equipment, tools and storage areas in clean and orderly operating condition.
• Works with alarm systems to arm and disarm.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
