Job summary

Precision Strip is seeking reliable, team‑oriented individuals to join our packaging team in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Starting pay is $24.75 per hour with a $1.50 per hour shift premium and weekly earnings, plus progressive pay increases.

Open shift is Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–5:00am. We offer a monthly bonus opportunity, PTO and holidays, and a strong promote‑from‑within culture with company‑paid uniforms and boot/safety glasses reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-5:00am.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Package metal products according to customer specifications.
• Safely move material using forklift or overhead crane.
• Work in a team to produce high‑quality products and maintain safety.
