Qualifications

• Current and valid NY LPN License.
• Experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital is a plus.
• Valid CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by executing nursing processes and treatments; support patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Document patient care concisely using computerized medical records.
• Direct and support the CNA team to ensure timely completion of quality personal care and accurate CNA documentation.
• Administer medications and exchange relevant reports with staff per departmental protocols.
