Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Janitor to maintain clean and orderly common areas in office buildings and facilities. The role involves night shift coverage starting at 4:30 PM or later, with weekly hours ranging 8–40 and on-call scheduling according to shift availability.

Applicants should be dependable, punctual, and able to perform custodial duties including cleaning lobbies, restrooms, and exterior areas while safely handling cleaning equipment. DailyPay is offered as a payment option.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial work preferred.
• Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean lobby glass doors and chrome on doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls and tops twice daily.
• Inspect exterior and pick up trash; empty exterior receptacles.
• Clean restrooms twice daily; mop and sweep as needed.
• Polish lobby railings and elevator doors; report safety issues.
