Job summary

Hebrew Senior Life is seeking a dedicated on-site housekeeping team member for overnight and evening shifts in Dorchester and Randolph. This role focuses on cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and orderly upkeep in accordance with Maintenance Department standards.

Responsibilities include floor care, restroom cleaning, routine safety checks, responding to emergencies, and delivering high-quality service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior housekeeping experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep walkways clear and safe during weather-related emergencies.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, vacuum, wax and buff floors; clean restrooms and common areas.
• Ensure building security by performing property checks.
• Respond to resident emergencies and address cleaning needs promptly.
• Report system failures or unsafe conditions timely.
• Provide high quality service to residents and families.
