Job summary
LCB Senior Living, LLC seeks a compassionate Resident Care Associate for The Residence at Watertown Square in Watertown, MA. The role offers full-time, part-time, or per diem options with evening and overnight shifts and a competitive starting pay with benefits from day one.
Provide personal care per service plans, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, document care, and support residents’ independence while complying with state regulations around medications and ongoing training.
Qualifications
- Must have completed CNA course or equivalent training.
- CPR and First Aid training as mandated by state regulations.
- Experience in senior care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care per service plans to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, mobility).
- Monitor changes in resident health and report to RN.
- Document services in the tracking system.
- Assist with medications according to state regulations and notify nurse as required.
- Engage residents in group and individual activities for cognitive and social stimulation.
