Avenues Recovery Center provides hospital-grade treatment nationwide with multiple locations. We are seeking compassionate CMTs for evening and overnight shifts at our Maryland location to stabilize clients and support their treatment journey.

Ideal candidates hold CPR, MD licensure for Medication Technicians, and strong communication. Join a team that values collaboration, diligence, and patient-centered care in a residential rehab setting.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• High School diploma/GED or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid licensure to serve as a Medication Technician in MD.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequences.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable engagement in treatment.
• Assist with nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, medication management, charting and reporting).
• Collaborate with extended medical and clinical teams for seamless coordination of care.
• Manage, order and restock all medical supplies as necessary.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge.
• Assist with all pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
