Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong housekeeping and cleaning skills.
• Ability to follow established cleaning procedures and complete assigned checklists.

• Familiarity with commercial cleaning supplies, equipment and laundry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout Momentum Plaza's offices, common areas and facilities.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, offices, conference rooms, meeting spaces, break rooms and other shared areas.
• Follows established cleaning checklists and procedures to ensure all assigned areas meet company standards.
• Safely operates cleaning equipment and uses appropriate cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Maintains clean, organized housekeeping carts, equipment, storage rooms and supply areas.
• Monitors housekeeping supplies and replenishes products as needed.
• Maintains a professional appearance and provides courteous service to employees, visitors and fellow team members.
• Identifies and reports maintenance concerns, including mechanical and electrical issues, to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Labels and submits lost-and-found items to Security according to established procedures.
• Handles building property, furnishings and equipment responsibly to prevent unnecessary damage.
• Reports accidents, safety hazards and property damage to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follows all company policies, departmental procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assists with occasional housekeeping assignments at Miramont Country Club as needed.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper or management.
