Job summary

GDI Services in Kennebunk, ME is hiring for evening cleaning positions at a commercial office building. Shifts include Monday through Friday evenings, with a 3:30pm–8:30pm or 5:30pm–10:30pm window.

You will complete cleaning tasks within 5 hours, restrooms, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal and supply restocking. 1 year experience, reliable transportation, background check, team work, and phone-based timekeeping are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Timekeeping using a phone-based system.

Responsibilities

• Complete work within budgeted time (5 hours).
• Cleaning of a commercial office building.
• Refill dispensers, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer.
• Cleaning restrooms and break-rooms.
• Dusting.
• Trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuum.
• Other cleaning tasks as assigned.
