Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, lobbies, restrooms, corridors and other areas.
• Replenishes paper and soap products in bathrooms.
• Empties trash and disposals, transports waste to disposal area.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums and refinish floors; cleans carpets and furniture.
• Operates cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor buffers.
• Reports malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisor.
