Job summary
East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a 3PM-11PM RN Supervisor to lead a nursing team and oversee resident care. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with physicians, and ensuring high-quality nursing care for residents.
The ideal candidate will hold a Georgia RN license, have rehab/short stay experience, and may have infection control/LTC exposure. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered, including health, dental, life insurance, 401k, PTO and holiday
Qualifications
- RN leadership experience in a clinical setting.
- Experience supervising nursing staff is preferred.
- Infection control or LTC experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor residents' conditions and assess needs to provide high-quality care.
- Observe and interpret residents' symptoms and communicate with physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform routine nursing procedures and complete patient charts.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
