Job summary

National Health Care Associates (National) in Wethersfield, CT, is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time shift 3pm-11pm with no weekends. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered as part of joining our caring team.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care, oversee facility operations, safety, and regulatory adherence, and develop care plans that support well-being and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
