Job summary

The Greens at Weaverville in Weaverville, NC is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to lead our 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring and supporting fellow nursing staff.

As the evening Nurse Supervisor, you will ensure quality resident care, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one (1) year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during the shift.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Serve as the clinical leader and primary resource for the nursing team during the evening shift.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate resident care.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
