Jersey College in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to lead Theory - Anatomy & Physiology for the RN Evening program (Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30-9:50pm). A BSN or higher and an active RN license are required.
The instructor provides classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to LPN/PN and RN students, evaluates performance, and mentors students toward strong clinical judgment and professional nursing practice.

The Nursing Instructor is responsible for providing high-quality nursing instruction and clinical education to LPN/PN and RN students. Depending on program and campus needs, instructors may provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and/or clinical instruction.
The instructor creates a supportive learning environment, evaluates student performance and competency, and guides students in developing the knowledge, skills, and professional behaviors necessary for success in nursing.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for education, strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student achievement.
