Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care under supervision in New Jersey. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patients, and assisting care plans while adhering to regulations and safety standards.

The role requires an accredited LPN program graduate, active NJ license, CPR/BLS, and strong communication. Shift differentials apply for 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am shifts, with a patient‑centered care focus.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
Current, active LPN license in the state of practice (New Jersey).
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Ability to follow clinical protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver basic nursing care per established policies and procedures.
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered within scope of practice.
Assist RNs or physicians with patient assessments and care planning.
Collect specimens and perform basic diagnostic tests.
Provide wound care and infection control measures.
Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR.
Educate patients on medications and self-care strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
