Qualifications

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Employees with an active temporary practice permit must obtain licensure within one year as defined by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Nursing Assessment: Evaluate the physical, mental, and emotional status of consumers.
• Care Planning: Develop and adjust treatment plans using nursing standards and facility guidelines.
• Medication Oversight: Administer medications and monitor responses to treatment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and share observations.
• Safety Practices: Follow crisis prevention, infection control, and safety procedures in all care settings.
• Staff Guidance: Provide direction, support, and education to assigned personnel.
