Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills required.
• CPR and other relevant certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive nursing care to residents according to individual care plans.
• Conducts initial and ongoing health assessments and documents findings.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitors residents' vital signs and reports changes.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to implement care plans.
• Coordinates resident care and oversees delivery of services.
