Qualifications

• Must be committed to delivering high-quality nursing care.
• Must supervise CMA's and GNA's on the floor according to care plans.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds at the beginning and end of shift.
• Perform Admission Assessments on new admissions.
• Consult with a resident’s physician for care and rehab as needed.
• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Review resident records and lab results for treatments and orders.
• Chart nursing notes and update progress in the electronic system.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood and body fluids.
