American Senior Communities at Aster Place Assisted Living in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time evening and night shifts. You will build meaningful relationships with residents, assess health changes, and document care while promoting safety and comfort.

Desired candidates hold an active LPN license in Indiana and possess strong medication management, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver exceptional geriatric care in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
