Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township, PA is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for the Personal Care program. This full-time role offers premium evening or night shifts (3:00 PM-11:30 PM or 11:00 PM-7:30 AM) with every other weekend.

Earn $23.00/hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus. The CNA will assist residents with activities of daily living, supporting their physical, mental and psychosocial needs within a life plan community environment.

Qualifications

Hold a valid, current certificate with Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry in good standing.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
Experience in Senior Living preferred.
Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
Proven leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a compassionate manner.
Provide resident care in alignment with individual needs and safety standards.
Support physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Document and report care provided and any changes in condition.
