Navion Senior Solutions at The Havens at Princeton seeks a compassionate CNA or PCA to assist residents with daily living activities and personal care. You will build meaningful connections with residents, ensure safety, and support a homelike atmosphere in a senior care setting.

We have Part-Time Opportunities Available for Evening and Night shifts; candidates must be able to work some weekends. This role emphasizes respectful, patient-centered care and teamwork with a dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• State CNA certification and CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer skills for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Support with personal hygiene and feeding as needed.
• Monitor resident well-being and report changes to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Document intake and output and assist with rounds.
