The Wynwood House is hiring Resident Assistants to join a hospitality-first team delivering compassionate, resident-centered care. The role supports ADLs, mobility, and daily activities in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and support within care plans.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team.
