Job summary

Youth Care of Utah, part of Acadia Healthcare’s behavioral health network, is a residential treatment centre for adolescents in Draper, Utah. The facility is currently hiring for Evening (3-12) and Night (12-9) shifts on FT and PT schedules.

We offer shift differentials, free meals, a supportive environment, PTO for FT & PT, and opportunities for advancement within a collaborative team. Certification training is provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the specific population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patient safety and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain patient records with timely, accurate clinical information.
• Facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups on social and coping skills.
• Engage patients in activities aligned with treatment goals and supervise daily living activities.
