Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist II in Tucker, GA, with a Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift and rotational weekends. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible external candidates, with relocation assistance considered.

Pay starts at $34.00+ per hour, with 10% shift differential for some second shift hours and 15% for some third shift hours. Benefits include comprehensive programs and annual incentive plans.

Qualifications

• One (1) year full-time experience or training in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Preferred: minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Chemistry or Biology or ASCP-certified equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report on assigned analytical tests per SOP, ensuring quality control.
• Provide support in QC, troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, staff training and process improvements.
• Enter results into Laboratory Information System for report generation.
