Job summary
Wellpath in California is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide clinical services under supervision, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapies to persons served. You will also offer mental health consultation and training to facility staff.
Schedule is five 8-hour shifts from 1:30pm to 10pm, Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. LICENSURES: LMFT, AMFT, LCSW, ACSW, LPCC, or APCC.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a behavioral or social science field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with mental health counseling, psychotherapy, diagnosis, and crisis intervention.
- Licensure in the state and CPR certification maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to persons served in compliance with policies and professional standards, including psychotherapy and crisis intervention.
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment records in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide consultation to staff regarding mental status and management of persons served.
- Participate in staff meetings, in-service trainings, and program development activities.
- Maintain accountability for services through Quality Improvement activities.
