Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PHMH) seeks a per diem Mental Health Associate for the evening shift at Princeton House Behavioral Health (Wing 6, 28 beds) in Princeton, NJ. The role supports RNs in direct psychiatric and medical care and participates in a therapeutic milieu within a trauma-informed, recovery-focused unit.

Required education includes a BA/BS; BLS is needed within 3 months of hire, and a valid driver’s license is required. Shift: 3PM–11:30PM; three weekends every 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients.
• Participate as a member of the treatment team to create and maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu.
