Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health experience required.
• At least 3 years of psychiatric experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• BLS and CPI certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries.
• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to psychiatric patients.
