St. Dominic Villa | An Illuminus Community in Wisconsin is hiring Medication Administration Aides to support residents with medications and daily care.

You will prepare, administer and record medications under RN/LPN supervision, and assist with ADLs in a resident-centered environment. Qualified candidates hold a CNA certificate and a high school diploma, with Wisconsin med administration training and CPR active.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and be enrolled or active in Wisconsin medication administration.
• Experience with resident care and medication assistance preferred.
• Active CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications to residents under RN/LPN guidance.
• Supervise self-administration or provide reminders for medications.
• Verify MAR entries and document vital signs and interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and report issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist residents with ADLs and maintain accurate documentation.
• May perform CNA duties as needed and ensure HIPAA compliance.
